Ms. Tanner is a Nutritionist with experience providing medical nutritional therapy and behavioral health education in outpatient, community, long-term care, crisis stabilization, and residential settings. Her background includes women's health, chronic disease MNT,  eating disorders, diabetes, weight management, behavioral health training, and overall healthy lifestyle implementation, management, and maintenance.  

Ms. Tanner's professional practice is centered around her strong belief in the efficacy of motivational interviewing and behavioral change therapy. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Nutrition from Virginia State University and has completed a dietetic internship that provided access to comprehensive specializations across the lifecycle. Additionally, she earned a Master of Science degree from Liberty University, with a thesis focused on intuitive eating interventions aimed at improving weight loss outcomes among adults with obesity. This work highlights her commitment to advancing her expertise in the field.

Her diverse knowledge and skill set are a testament to her dedication. Fueled by her passion for health and wellness, she is committed to empowering clients to achieve their healthy lifestyle and overall wellness goals.
