The platform is user-friendly and accessible on various devices such as cell phones, laptops, and tablets

We will verify insurance coverage and telehealth benefits. However, deductibles, co-payments, and cost-share payments may apply. 

We will send you intake forms 1-2 days before your appointment. We must receive your paperwork the day before your appointment. Our providers use the information to personalize your session. Check your spam folder if you don't see the forms in your inbox.

We will call, text, and email you an appointment reminder 1-2 days before your appointment. Your virtual appointment link is located in the text and email message.

Complete all intake paperwork at least 1 day before your appointment. Check to ensure you can log on using the link emailed and texted to you 1-2 days before the appointment.

Before logging on to the appointment, ensure you are in a quiet private area before logging on to the platform. It may also be helpful to jot down questions before your appointment.
