ELLAD Preventative Health

 Ms. Hawk is a Certified and Licensed Registered Dietitian with over seven years of experience serving in clinical roles in various healthcare environments such as acute care, outpatient services, academia, and government agencies. 

She has a diverse background in sports nutrition, women’s health, pediatrics, geriatrics, diabetes, eating disorders, and weight management. In addition, Meredith has a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Sports Nutrition. Meredith believes in a tailored and integrative approach to health.  

Ms. Hawk received a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science from Georgia Southern University. She was also awarded an M.S. degree concentration in Kinesiology and Sports Nutrition from Georgia Southern University. Meredith has a passion for health, wellness, and fitness. 

Her background equips her with a unique skill set that integrates nutrition, fitness, and food science to promote health and disease prevention and improve clinical outcomes.
