Ms. Herman has over 26 years of experience as a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and 21 years as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Her expertise spans areas such as acute care, pediatrics, women’s health, outpatient services, community nutrition, and rehabilitation.
She specializes in helping individuals manage diabetes, cardiac issues, weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, and renal disease. Dedicated to her clients, she focuses on achieving health goals and improving overall quality of life.

Ms. Herman holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Georgia and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the New York Institute of Technology. As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, she is well-prepared to assist individuals in managing diabetes.
Additionally, completing a Health Coaching course at Emory University in Atlanta demonstrates her commitment to empowering clients with the knowledge and skills they need to lead healthier lives.
In my spare time, I love flower gardening and working outside. I also
love music and playing piano, and I am a quilter. Over the years, I have learned to balance work, family, and fun.
