• Evaluation: The examiner assesses the severity of the condition and how it affects the individual's daily life and ability to work.

Outcomes Are Determined By The Organization That You Filed The Claim :

• Disability Rating: Based on the examination and other evidence reviewed, the organization where you filed the claim assigns a disability rating, which influences the amount of compensation received. Ratings are expressed as a percentage, reflecting the severity of the condition.

Exams are conducted by medical professionals with expertise in evaluating disability and pension claims. This ensures that the assessment is thorough and accurate. 

All medical information obtained during these exams is confidential.  The medical examiner does not have access to or make copies of your exam. All examination information is handled by the organization in which you filed the claim.

Contact the organization where you applied for compensation benefits. The medical examiner and clinic where your exam was conducted do not have access to your records, exams, findings, or award determination.
